The Union organizes weekly events - quizzes, live music nights and themed parties. Annually they host the Graduation Ball, Rag Week and the annual Duck Race.

The annual Chancellor’s Cup, involving all sports, is contested between the University’s Schools.
The University now has its own running club and football team competing in the local league.
Fully-equipped fitness centre open 24/7. Classes include Pilates, Zumba, Kick Boxing, Taekwondo and tennis.
